Customer Behaviour

It is required that all customers behave in a safe and respectful manner to staff, other customers and our property.
Alcohol is allowed on board the vessel, however responsible consumption of alcohol is to be adhered to.
The skipper reserves the right to cancel a trip and payment forfeited if unruly or unsafe behavior is displayed.
The skipper has an obligation to protect peoples welfare hence a safety brief will be conducted prior to proceeding to sea.
All tackle and lures are supplied on a pay if lost or broken basis.

Shared Day Bookings

You may be moved to a different vessel than you had original booked due to exclusive bookings, staffing, breakdowns or weather conditions.

Weather

All charters are subject to suitable weather conditions (the decision is made at the discretion of the skipper) if conditions are not suitable for the style of fishing chosen the charter will go-ahead with another style of fishing. We also reserve the right to move you to another vessel or cancel any trip due to bad weather.

Payment

Shared day – Full payment is required to secure the booking.
Exclusive booking – A 30 % deposit is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the charter.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made by Innkeeper Sport Fishing due to weather or mechanical issues. You will be contacted, rescheduled for another day or vessel. If this can not be achieved a full refund will be given.

Cancellations made by clients with more than 30 days notice will receive a 50% refund on amount paid.

Cancellations made by clients less than 30 days notice will not receive a refund or transfer to another day. 

A “No Show” by the clients will not receive a refund or transfer to another day.

Cancellations due to COVID 19 government travel restrictions will not receive a refund. A charter credit of the same value paid will be held for you to reschedule your booking to another date.

By booking this charter you agree that Innkeeper Sport Fishing is not liable for any personal or financial loss.

We highly recommend taking out personal travel insurance.

If we find that there has been loss or damage to our vessels or tackle due to negligence then the customer will be liable for repairs or replacement of the item or damage.

Copyrights

Innkeeper Sport Fishing reserves the right without further notice to make use of any photography or film taken on the trip by its staff for general purposes with out your further permission.
